Dunkan is an experienced policy advisor and has worked for Commonwealth and NSW Governments for over a decade. His work spans several areas, including macroeconomic and fiscal policy settings, climate and energy policy, sustainability bonds, social welfare, major infrastructure projects and planning, urban and environmental planning, and water and resources policy. Recently, he has joined the Black Dog Institute to develop mental health and suicide prevention policy. This stems from study in psychology, a passion for mental health and wellbeing, and years as a volunteer suicide crisis counsellor for Lifeline Australia.
